The Co-founders
Our Executive Team is made up of Denise Nurse, Rashida Abdulai and David McQueen.

Founders
Founders are the first pillar of our hub. At Black Founders Hub (BFH) we welcome ambitious entrepreneurs to apply to become part of our next cohort of members. Our founders are a community of individuals seeking to grow multi-million pound businesses. Our cohorts allow you to share information, experiences and knowledge to offer business and personal support. We meet in monthly Master Minds.
Fellows
Our Fellows are the second pillar of our hub. They are successful entrepreneurs who have grown successful high growth companies and practices. As a network that believes in writing our own narratives and inspiring visions through exposure, we invite our fellows to share their insights and experiences to our cohort of Founders.

Friends
Our Funders form the final pillar of our hub. Each of our funders make up our family of supporters, allies and sponsors who work alongside us to create this unique eco-system of black founded businesses to grow and succeed.
Masterclasses
Our online masterclasses are designed to support our businesses in reaching seven figure turnovers and beyond.
We provide teaching, training and inspiration in our Masterclasses led by the coaches, teachers and subject matter experts within our community. Each one teach one.
With the help of each other sharing our expertise, we ensure our Founders not only create generational wealth but lend their knowledge and experience with the rest of the network. Most Masterclasses are only available to Members.

Masterminds
The core of your BFH Membership is your monthly Mastermind cohort. You meet each month with your fellow cohort members to discuss and work on your business challenges and to celebrate your successes.
At each meeting there is time for your spot in the hot seat to deep dive on an issue you would like support with. We peer coach each other to clarity and better decision making and there’s an opportunity to offer and receive advice. With our MasterMind our aim is to make each mind more masterful by teaching us all how to think, ask better questions of ourselves and find better answers.
You will also get to hear from Fellows in the intimate setting of your group where you can ask questions and get direct answers on how they navigated their journey. Meetings have a theme and cover core topics to growth, sustainability and legacy.
